Microsoft added some privacy settings for Windows 10 OS since the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update. Within these settings you can decide if for example applications are allowed to use build in or external camera, microphone etc..
When you have choosen that applications may not use a camera it will result that your video grabber will not be detected in the Totalmedia capture software. To enable this function again please check the following instruction.
1. Click on "Start" icon.
2. Next, click on "Settings" icon.
3. Open the "Privacy" option.
4. At the left side of the screen, select Camera and enable the Camera so Totalmedia has the permission to use the video grabber functionality.
5. if the Totalmedia software is still active on your PC please make sure to close and start it again or restart your PC/laptop.
